Instructor's Biography
Sandy has been an LPGA Class A Teaching Professional for twenty five years, and is one of the top Teaching Professional in Napa Valley, California. For 3 years she served as the Director of Education for the Executive Women Golf Association, North East Bay Chapter, conducting various Educational Game Development Programs and Clinics throughout the year.
She began her golfing career in Hawaii, where she received a full golf scholarship
to the University of Hawaii and UCLA, later going on to play professionally on the Players West & Futures Golf Tour.
As the Director of Women’s Instruction at various top private clubs and resorts from Hawaii to Aspen to Hilton Head Island, Sandy has hosted various Instructional Clinics, Golf Schools for Women, and Corporate Golf Retreats for a number of Fortune 500 Companies CEO’s and their wives.
Sandy has received her professionally trained and worked with several of the nation’s top Golf Instructors: Jim Hardy Co-Founder of the John Jacob Golf Schools was her main mentor for a decade, Mike La Bauve from the Golf Digest Schools, Jarrod Issac at Mclean Golf Schools, Marlene Floyd and her Women’s Only Golf Schools, and Garry Lester from the Extraordinary Golf School, leader in coaching on the mental side of the game.
Together, Sandy has brought to her own coaching, a culmination
of these various swing models and has been able to create not only effective swing fundamentals that not only bring results to better ball striking, but a lasting mind/body connection for her students.
Sandy loves working with golfers of all levels and ages, from the beginners to the professional. Along with her extensive knowledge of the golf swing, excellent communication skills, and personable approach, she sets the environment for optimal learning and game development.
